General Description
Front-line, 1 bed apartment, with wonderful sea and mountain views. The property is situated on the fourth floor and overlooks beautiful gardens and the swimming pool. The apartment has easy access onto the promenade and only a one minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. There are two fabulous community swimming pools, one for young children, various gardens and tennis courts for you to enjoy. The apartment is equipped with two high specification air conditioning units, in the main room and the bedroom, which both cools and heats. In addition there are 3 ceiling fans for your comfort. To keep you in touch with home and work or for your entertainment, Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. There is satellite TV showing many English, Spanish and German channels and includes many UK radio channels. ( French TV is also available).There is a DVD player and a blue tooth speaker to link to your phone for listening to music. This affords you the option to have a great night in if you simply want to kick off your shoes and put your feet up. You will also find a small library and a number of board games for your enjoyment. The apartment is close to a main bus stop, which is less than a 5 minute walk and there is ample parking right next to the apartment building for a car. From the bus stop you can ride to Torre Del Mar or in the opposite direction to Nerja, or anywhere in between. You are also able to travel into Malaga City. There are a number of small grocery stores just outside the apartment building; including a very popular bakery and the major supermarkets are a ten to fifteen minute walk, depending on your choice. There is a shopping trolley underneath the bed to assist you with your shopping should you need it. The main taxi rank is a twenty minute walk and very close to it is the main library and tourist office.
Detailed description by room
In the main living area you will find the following:-
A very comfortable sofa converts extremely easily into a double bed, with a very sturdy metal frame. The cushions are easy to remove. The bedding for the sofa bed is stored in a cupboard adjacent to it. There are two comfortable arm chairs and footstools. Either side of the sofa are tables with lamps, these double as bedside lamps for when the sofa-bed is in use. In the chest of drawers you will find all the necessary operating manuals for the electrical appliances, as well as a range of place-mats and drinks coasters. On the TV unit there is a flat screen TV, the satellite box, DVD player, books and games. The handsets can be found on the unit, along with operating instructions. From the main living room there is a small step onto the covered glazed terrace, which forms the main dining area and gives the fabulous views. The windows slide open and enable you to hear the sound of the sea. There are metal shutters fitted to each window, which help control the amount of sun you wish to allow into the apartment. The air conditioning unit is above the TV and the handset is on the wall to the left. Operating instructions are in the top drawer below the TV. Almost out of sight on the terrace to the left, is a small, pull-out clothes rail for small items.
In the bedroom you will find the following:-
A super-king size bed. Mattresses and pillows all have protectors. There are two bed-side cabinets with lamps. The air conditioning unit is above the door, with the handset on the wall below it and again there is a ceiling fan. There is a large wardrobe with sliding doors, with plenty of hanging and shelving space. In here you will find bath towels and beach towels. The beds open up from the base for additional storage and located in one of them is a shopping trolley and two beach chairs and parasol. This is also an ideal place to store empty suit cases. Again there are metal shutters on all the windows to control the amount of light.
In the kitchen you will find the following:-
A fully equipped kitchen including under-counter Zanussi full fridge and separate half sized freezer, full oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron and iron board, clothes maid and pegs, laundry basket, mop and brushes. In the cupboards you will find all the usual items you would expect including a wide range of crockery, glass ware, oven ware, cutlery, tea pot, mugs, pans, baking trays, plastic containers, electric deep fat fryer, tea towels, etc. The kitchen has everything necessary for you to prepare great meals should you feel inclined to do so.
In the bathroom you will find the following:-
A shower and shower cabinet, a sink unit and bathroom cabinet for additional storage including a first aid box, numerous rails for hanging towels and a washing machine and hair dryer. Instructions for easy use of the washing machine are up on the wall for your convenience. This also means you can pack light and make use of the washing facilities.
For your safety
There is a fire extinguisher in the hallway should it ever be required and a first aid kit in the bathroom.
Communal areas
There are two lifts for easy access to all floors. There is a roof terrace where you can take in greater views of the local area and beyond. You are welcome to use the terrace and there you will also find washing lines should you require them. As this is a residential block with private owners there are community rules and these will be on the back of the front door for you to peruse.

Apartamento acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Gran piscina y una playa estupenda a escasos 100 metros y rodeados de todo el ocio y restauración necesario para unas buenas vacaciones.

El apartamento está súper limpio y muy bien equipado. A un paso de la playa. La zona tiene comercios, farmacia y restaurantes.

Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Vermieter sind top! Die Begrüßung war herzlich und die Unterkunft hat alles, was für unseren einwöchigen Urlaub in Torrox erforderlich war. Pool und Strand sind sauber und einen Besuch wert! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
An dieser Unterkunft ist einfach alles super. Die Ausstattung, die Lage, die Gastgeber.... Man vermisst in der Wohnung einfach garnichts. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet, hat fantastische Ausblicke auf Pool und Strand, ist blitzblank sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar. Man fällt quasi aus der Haustür an den Strand. Außerdem gehört zum Haus ein privater, gesicherter, nagelneuer Poolbereich.
Wir haben wirklich rein gar nichts zu bemängelt!
El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, mejor aún que en las fotos, porque hay mobiliario renovado como por ejemplo el sofá que era nuevo.
El apartamento tiene un menaje de cocina completisimo, no echas nada en falta al contrario hay detalles como un aspirador de escoba o una cafetera dolce gusto que no te esperas encontrar.
El alojamiento estaba limpio y ordenado y tiene unos ventanales desde los que ves la playa cuando estás comiendo o la piscina si estás en la habitación.
En cuanto a los dueños, eran super amables y se nota que quieren tener al huésped contento, nos proporcionaron una tarjeta de estacionamiento azul para Torrox y la TV tenía activo Netflix y Prime.
Las camas tenían arcón y debajo de una de ellas había todo lo necesario para la playa, sombrilla, sillas y dos carros de compra y en la cocina tenías una nevera portátil.
Lo dicho un apartamento cuidado al detalle y unos anfitriones de diez. Sin duda volveremos en el futuro.
3 días antes de comenzar las vacaciones tuvimos que contactar con los propietarios ya que por problemas médicos familiares no podíamos disfrutar de nuestro ansiado descanso.
Todo fue comprensión y amabilidad. Se ofrecieron para un cambio de fechas y mostraron su apoyo en todo momento.
Del apartamento no puedo hablar, sólo de las maravillosas personas que os recibirán allí.
