### Apartment "Sunny Panorama" with Sea View, Shared Pool & Wi-Fi

Boasting a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday apartment "Sunny Panorama" is located in Torrox. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the entire accommodation, heating as well as a washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to log in with your own Netflix and other streaming service accounts. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for a fee.  
  
The holiday apartment features 2 private terraces (open and covered) for relaxing evenings. Guests can also enjoy the shared outdoor area with a pool and a garden. The swimming pool will be closed from 30 September.  
  
Nearby recommendations include the beaches of Nerja and Maro, the Nerja Caves, the water park as well as the Torrox Lighthouse. Furthermore, the area offers beach bars, public transport links and water sports facilities.  
  
Please note that construction work is currently taking place on the adjacent plot next to the complex, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Every effort is being made to minimize any potential disruption.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.  
  
Families with children are welcome.  
  
Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.  
  
Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 8 am.

#### Schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotenzial

Pros: Ausstattung der Wohnung optimal. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Cons: Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm oder Strandstühle wären wünschenswert. Warm-Wassertemperatur zu kalt. Poolbenutzung war leider ende Mai nicht möglich. Fugen im Duschbereich waren unsauber. Stromkosten von 10.00 Euro pro Tag (Holidu) unverschämt hoch.
