The complex features a communal swimming pool where you can cool off on warm days. The penthouse has a total area of 85 m², including a spacious 25 m² terrace. From the terrace, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea – the perfect place to have breakfast in the sun or relax with a drink in the evening. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. There are two spacious bedrooms, both fitted with luxury box-spring beds measuring 180 × 200 cm, making the apartment ideal for up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bathroom is spacious and features a shower cabin, a large corner bathtub, double sink, and toilet. The open kitchen and living area together form a bright and cozy space of 30 m², with direct access to the terrace. This comfortable penthouse is the perfect base to enjoy the sun, nature, and the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. Imperatif une voiture pour aller à la plage dans le cas contraire il y a une piscine dans la résidence qui est très bien entretenue. C est un village qui n est pas balnéaire.
