The apartment is distributed in a living room, with sofa bed of 1.35m (on request and supplement), with 32" smart TV, free Wi-Fi, large table overlooking the main avenue. It has a double bedroom with a double bed of 1.35m, as well as a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster and coffee maker. The urbanization has communal gardens as well as a large communal pool (open in season from April to October), and the beach is less than 150 meters away. In the surroundings you will find bars, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream shops and supermarkets. There is parking in the surroundings of the building free from September to June, in July and August a part of the surrounding car parks are blue zone (previous payment and maximum 2 hours) but there is free parking about 100-200 meters from the apartment. Pets not allowed, under a penalty of 150€ The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.
