Villa GEMMMA with Private Pool

Villa Gemma is a contemporary design villa located on the hills above Lake Garda, approximately 8 km from Torri del Benaco and Garda. The location offers privacy, tranquillity and a splendid panoramic view of the lake and the mountains of Monte Baldo.



The property has private parking for 3-4 cars. From the parking area, a short driveway leads to the villa entrance.



Kitchen, living and dining area

The villa welcomes guests in a bright kitchen and dining room area, characterised by large floor-to-ceiling windows with a splendid view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare lunches and dinners during your stay.



The internal dining area has a large table for 10 people, overlooking the terrace through the large windows. Outside, a second covered dining area is available, ideal for eating outdoors with a view of the pool.



The terrace is completed by a comfortable outdoor living area with sofas and armchairs and a gas barbecue, perfect for organising pleasant barbecues and spending summer evenings together.



Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Gemma has 5 bedrooms, ideal for families and groups of friends.



Main floor – Master Suite



The Master Suite is located on the same floor as the kitchen and main terraces of the villa. It consists of a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a small private sitting room.



The suite has a complete en suite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.



The suite is completed by a small private outdoor area, ideal for starting the day with an outdoor coffee and enjoying a moment of tranquillity.



Lower floor – sleeping area



From the living room, via a wide staircase, you reach the lower floor, where there are four additional bedrooms and the villa's living spaces.



Bedroom no. 2 is a double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the garden and Lake Garda.



Bedrooms no. 3 and no. 4 each have two single beds and a large wardrobe. Both are bright and overlook the garden. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a large shower.



Bedroom no. 5 is a spacious double suite with a large bed, a dedicated lounge area for relaxation and private bathroom. From the suite you have direct access to the garden in front of the house, where you can enjoy the cool of summer evenings.



All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests also have access to a laundry room with washing machine.



Living and entertainment



The lower floor features a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing during the hottest hours or on rainy days. Here guests can relax on comfortable sofas, use the bar or enjoy a game of billiards.



The living room has access to an external terrace, where you can spend time outdoors sheltered from the sun.



A second, more intimate and private lounge has a large sofa and satellite television, creating an ideal space for watching TV or spending some quiet time.



External spaces and the pool



Outdoor living is one of the distinctive features of Villa Gemma. The property offers several corners where you can relax, sunbathe and spend pleasant moments together, enjoying the tranquillity and the view over Lake Garda.



The private pool is equipped with sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun of Lake Garda.



The terraces, covered dining area, barbecue and various outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the outdoor areas throughout the day, from breakfast to outdoor dinners.

During your stay you can enjoy numerous outdoor activities, including hiking and cycling on Monte Baldo, or dedicate yourself to water sports such as swimming, sailing and windsurfing on Lake Garda.



Gardaland is approximately 20 km from the villa, Verona approximately 45 km and Venice approximately 170 km.
