You are welcome in our apartment located in the Le Moie area, a short distance from the centre of Pai di sopra and the shores of Lake Pai di sotto, overlooking a magnificent view of Lake Garda.



Paradise Apartment, one of six apartments in the refined 'Residence at Le Moie', built in 2023, offers you a luxury and comfortable experience.



The apartment features a large living room with a cosy sofa and a flat-screen smart TV, ideal for relaxing moments, and a dining area that opens onto large windows, giving you a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob and dishwasher. To fully enjoy the beautiful view, you can have lunch on the covered outdoor terrace, equipped with a table for five people.



The two cosy bedrooms offer tranquillity and comfort, with double beds and spacious wardrobes. The first one is also equipped with a single bunk bed to accommodate a third person.



Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and open onto an outdoor terrace to breathe in the fresh air of Lake Garda. Two bathrooms with showers complete the apartment, one of which also has a washing machine.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with a heat pump, ensuring a comfortable environment in every season.



In addition, there is a garage and an outdoor parking space for guests.



The Residence's pool, with a beautiful view of the lake, is the ideal place to spend time on a warm day. We provide three sun loungers and two deck chairs for your complete relaxation.



Please note that the access road to the Residence is quite steep.
