The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, a DVD player as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a balcony and a barbecue. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes 2 pools, a minigolf course and a tennis court. The house is a townhouse, located with courtyard (shared with others in the community) with two pools and large green areas. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival, access to both shower towels and beach towels. The first floor consisted of combined kitchen and living room, bathroom and a double bedroom, as well as exit to two ground terraces. The second floor, where you can find the other two bedroom, is located in a basement, it was quite dark with only small built-in windows, it felt and smelled a little damp. The house is located close to busstop, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes walk to La Mata center. De woning is wat aftands, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Van de vermelde DVD speler echter geen spoor. Toch jammer, aangezien het weer niet echt mee wou en we een aantal films die we bij hadden, niet hebben kunnen gebruiken. Het uitvallen van het internet (door het slechte weer) heeft ook niet geholpen. Al bij al een goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Kinderen konden lekker in het kleine zwembad spelen zodat wij ze van het terras in de gaten konden houden Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
