### Seafront Apartment in Torredembarra with Garden, Pool, and Wi-Fi

AT108 Stel: Apartment in seafront, overlooking in the area of the beach (Torredembarra), next to the promenade (which goes from the old fishing district to the marina). The apartment has two bedrooms (with two single beds each), a completely refurbished bathroom with shower, a partially refurbished and equipped kitchen, a living/dining room and a small terrace. The apartment is very quiet because all the rooms have a window overlook a non-passable street. In the bedrooms there are ceiling fans. The communal area has a swimming pool (open from the beginning of June to the end of September), swings for children and a garden area. In the rental price it is included a parking space in the same enclosure and Wi-Fi connection. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.  
  
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
