The house accommodates 16 guests comfortably. There are plenty of bathrooms throughout and a wet bar in the basement.

The beds currently available are:
• King size bed in master bedroom.
• King size in 2nd bedroom.
• Full size bed and 2 bunkbeds in 3rd bedroom.
• King size bed in 4th bedroom.
• Queen size bed in basement area.
• Four twin beds in basement for parties of 10 or more.

About our Staff

Chela, Claudia, maintenance, my husband Larry, and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house and yard.

Interaction with guests

Some guests prefer a lot of interaction and others enjoy total privacy - i respect both and go with the flow. Enjoy this huge house, across from Lake Sherwood. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood giving you comfort while you relax with the entire family.

The “chalk board” room in the basement, with 4 twin beds, is only made available to parties of ten or more.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, leaving early morning traffic, and busy streets non-existent.

Things to Note - There is plenty of parking in the drive way and street. Please do not park in front of neighbors' homes.

Please no pets, even for a friendly visit. We regularly rent to guests with severe pet allergies. Please inquire about one of our pet friendly homes if you are interested in bringing in a pet.

Please do not rearrange indoor furniture. There will be a $75.00 fee to bring in maintenance to move furniture back in place. Any additional damages such as breaking of furniture or scratching of floor will also be billed due to moving furniture.

We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. Prior approval and amendment of the number of guests is required. We’re reasonable people and will accommodate whenever possible. No more than the number of guests quoted in your reservation after 10:00PM. Breaking this rule will lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund and a charge of $40.00 per night per guest over the number of guests booked on the reservation. This rule is very important as we plan our cleaning staff and insurance around the number of guests booked. We have had issues in the past with guests breaking this rule and it puts the host and guest in a difficult position upon checkout. We greatly appreciate your honesty in this matter so we can prepare the home to the best of our ability for each guest!
