The accommodations are big, the space fantastic and cleaning the facilities like a air conditioner and television works well and the bathroom contain the basic kits to support the guests

What we liked is the cleanliness of the place, easy access with parking well maintained facilities and is convenient for 1 night stay, business stays. What we didn't like is very few people working in the place.

Easy to find location with straightforward parking available. Check in was simple and was in the room within minutes. Staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. Safe and secure with a nice terrace and amenities. Also close to Valle de Bravo centre and close to a Chesdaui. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

It was more than ok but, kind of far and the first day we had trouble with the hot water, it was resolved but delayed our day almost a hour.

Air conditioning and fan was not working. The only person I saw at desk front for check in was not friendly and after that there was literally nobody there to help. There was not security at all. Gate was open and front desk empty. Again the front desk person was rude at kids that were only playing at noon asking them not to be noisy, but since nobody was there after check in a group of customers were partying really loud and drinking until 3 am, but there were nobody in front desk to help customers. Terrible experience, the worst ever.

Hotel bastante limpio y tranquilo, con lo indispensable para pasar un fin de semana en familia e ir a conocer las atracciones de los alrededores Durante mi estancia no hubo grupos o gran cantidad de personas hospedadas (Sep’26), por lo que estuvo muy silencioso, (inclusive la recepción bastante solitaria). Estacionamiento amplio y funcional. Habitación limpia y con lo necesario. Internet adecuado. Baño con shampoo, crema, acondicionador y toallas. La pantalla del cuarto funcional, pero a nuestro gusto muy pequeña, aún con ello sirve de igual manera.

Ofrece un buen servicio de infraestructura y personal de atención, lo único que le falta es un poco más de limpieza en las habitaciones pero en general muy bien. Queda un poco retirado del centro, a unos 25 minutos a pie y 10 en auto, sin embargo, es un lugar muy seguro y acogedor.
