We had a tremendous stay at Capitol Tokyu. The rooms, staff and amenities including the pool were excellent. And while it is a bit on its own without much within an easy walk, the subway is under the hotel and makes getting to all of the key areas very convenient. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in a modern, clean, quiet, comfortable room. The staff at the lobby front desk, bell desk, housekeeping and breakfast are exceptional. Suiren restaurant dinner with our friends was amazing and thank you to our concierge for making the arrangement. Loved the welcome gift of sweets and the nightly evening turn down service with chocolate and chamomile tea provided. Japanese breakfast is amazing. Location is central with easy access to the subway. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the Capitol hotel staff for making our stay memorable.

From the moment we arrived, The Capitol Hotel Tokyu impressed us with its exceptional level of service—truly detailed, attentive, and second to none. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtfully considered, and the care from the staff made a real difference. Our room was a highlight in itself, with an amazing view that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully classy and elegant, while also being wonderfully quiet—perfect for rest and a calm, comfortable stay. Overall, we had a truly exceptional experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Gorgeous hotel beautifully maintained. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We had a corner room with stunning views. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Would love to stay there again.

The room was bright and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the bathroom too. The location was perfect for us. Having the hotel at a Metro stop made it easy to get around Tokyo.

We stayed there as guests 3 separate times during our trip to Japan! Highly recommended club level-breakfast and late afternoon drinks-appetizers where spectacular! Great location to subway and beautiful atmosphere! PJ’s next level
