Check in and check out was super easy. The hosts communicated well. I also needed a very last minute late check out which they accommodated for a small fee. I was so grateful. I loved the chordless iron! The premises itself is fit for purpose, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the walkway is pretty squeezy, and we didnt had space to put our luggages, so mine was in the walkway, my bro one was in the room (with kitchen). Have a suggestion to install handrail for the shower area, would be good to hold onto something as we climb out of the bathtub. But overall i had a good sleep, aircon and heater works well too. The host is friendly and can speak English. There is a small elevator to get to the upper floors. The rooms are somewhat small especially maneuvering with large luggage for five adults but manageable. There is only one bathroom but the toilet is separate and there is an extra sink in the kitchen area. With five adults, we made it work so we did not mind. We enjoyed the dining area and lightly used the kitchen for the six nights we stayed. The table comfortably seated all five of us and the kitchen included all of the necessary equipment such as microwave, stove, pans, mini fridge and eating utensils. AC works great and beds are comfortable as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit but the dryer is not powerful enough to dry a load of clothes. We ended up hanging our clothes after washing.
