Lots of thoughtful touches, fans, extra towels, charging cables. Even things like tape if we needed it! We were a couple with a 13 year old boy and fit just fine. Bathroom is separated into a toilet room, and then shower room with tub and sink. Apartment was quiet and we generally walked to Shibuya station, though there was one smaller train station nearby. She even left me a birthday message ans gift which was such a okeasent surprise when we arrived. The mobile wifi was so convenient and we really appreciated having it!
