They replenished water bottles daily during our 8 nights stay. The massage chair was a lifesaver at the end of a tiring day. The staffs were very nice and helpful. They helped store our luggages after checking out as our flight was in the evening. The area is quiet and not as busy compared to major areas, walking distance to multiple train stations, Hibiya Park, Imperial Palace and shops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great stay overall.
