The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with a wonderful sense of comfort. Every detail was handled with care, from the beautifully appointed room to the outstanding dining and the genuinely gracious staff. The location is also superb, offering a peaceful setting while being conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo. Gorgeous room, tastefully decorated and lovely balcony with a very pleasant view of the Imperial Garden. The towels were nice and soft and bed was very comfortable. Great location close to the Tokyo Station. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Incredible hotel! Location couldn't be better - directly connected via underground to Tokyo Station - lovely walking to the Imperial Palace grounds right next to the hotel, and short walk to the Ginza. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms, amazing breakfast, great helpful staff - we had a wonderful time here and will hope to return!

The concierge went out of their way to purchase tickets for my son to attend unlucky Morpheus in Nagano. They were able to get the tickets for us and also get tickets for our bullet train to Nagano and back, such a wonderful staff.
