I stayed for a week and had no problems what’s so ever. This is a very quiet area though and it’s a little bit of a walk to minami senju station but this didn’t bother me too much. The room is tiny, the 2 shared showers are on the second floor but I was assigned to the third floor. The stairs are narrow and the steps are small and tall which could be difficult for a person with bad knees. Towels are available for a cost. Each floor has shared restrooms.
