The Japanese ‘manager’ trying to force them to force me to give over my Japan residence card so that they could photocopy it (legally not mandated) was too lazy, rude and cowardly to try to convince me herself. The most convenient and closest station might be the Kanda station, you need to walk for about 10 min to get there, but at least it has both elevator and escalator, and only need about 2 min to arrive Tokyo station or Akihabara station. The staff is rude and speaks very little English. There was no one at front desk most of the day and I wanted to leave my luggage from 10 AM (check out time) to 2 PM and was told by the manager on the phone that it was not her problem, so I couldn't leave my luggage.
