Beautiful hotel, bed was super comfy and wonderful after long park days. Distance from the monorail station couldn’t be beat, and they have a bus to and from which takes under 2 minutes. Would absolutely stay again next time.

Excellent hotel, very clean and lots of staff to help. Lounge access as part of room helped avoid the crowds and get a drink and snack in the day. Less queues for breakfast in the lounge but still plenty of options. Outdoor pool nice and relaxing, a few to use but that is part of the service and so relaxing. Hotel really close to Disney line and so if going to the parks excellent, can use the monorail to go into Tokyo as well on connecting trains Overall excellent hotel ideal for Disney

The hotel is very family-friendly with a lovely play area for kids. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very courteous and accommodating. However using the outside pool was a challenge as there is a cost (who does that?) and you have to pre-book. Also there is no room service or any way getting food after 10pm, so if you get back late from Disney you either need to bring cold food back with you or remain hungry through the night

Our experience was amazing staff was very nice and hospitable. Train services close by and easy to get to all areas in Tokyo. Will definitely stay here again.
