Air can cooling perfect every season...the building stays at a thermostat temperature; additionally there is a heating cooling system in the room. Every room has excellent and easy wifi. The bedding and towels always impeccably clean. I LOVE the hot water after long flights; and the tub / shower is soo deep and ...HOT water! It is PERFECTLY located between the two major train stations in Kamata. There is a 7-11 right on the corner (the best / cheapest and easiest way to stock on Yen).

Excellent budget hotel, located conveniently between Kamata and Keikyu-kamata train stations (slightly closer to the latter). Friendly and helpful staff, and - as you would expect in Japan - everything is spotless.

エレベーターから出て宿泊フロアに入った途端に不快な臭い。部屋は更に不快な臭い。部屋にあったリセッシュでどうにかなるレベルではなく、フロントに部屋替えを申し入れようとしたが、不在で誰も出てこない状態。帰宅後に家族からも衣類に臭いがついていると言われるほどに酷いものだった。
