    Named for its bold graphite-blue exterior and the birch grove that surrounds it, this property stands out from every other Pocono rental on the market. Inside, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan create a spacious, welcoming atmosphere. Three beautifully decorated bedrooms plus a sofa bed accommodate up to 8 guests.

    The loft game room features a full-size Pac-Man arcade machine — a first for the area and a guaranteed conversation piece. Outside, a covered deck with full furniture set and Edison lights, a hanging bubble chair, a stone-lined path with tiki torches, and a fire pit with firewood provided create an outdoor experience that rivals any resort.
    Located inside a private gated community, guests enjoy exclusive access to 4 heated pools, 2 lakes with beach access, kayaks, paddle boats, 6 tennis courts, 6 basketball courts, 9-hole miniature golf, playgrounds, and dog parks.
