The outside is not everything! In this charming house that is being prepared you have the opportunity to rent the completely newly renovated ground floor. Everything is tip top! The house is located in a small village in Småland with beautiful nature right on the doorstep. Here you can enjoy the tranquility on a large and beautiful back side but you are also close to many nice summer pearls if you want to go on an excursion. Ronneby, Karlskrona and Karlshamn are less than an hour away. About 3 km from the house there is a nice bathing area with kiosk. The nearest urban area is Tingsryd where there are several shops, pharmacies, bathhouse activities, etc. The house is nicely decorated with simple and modern style. In the welcoming entrance you get a direct overview of most of the apartment. To the right there is a large and spacious bedroom where you can easily fit a travel bed for a child for example. There is a double bed of 180 cm. On the left is a beautiful living room with sofa, TV and an old fine tiled stove. There is also a dining area and a simple but brand new sofa bed. At the end of the apartment, with large lovely windows facing the forest, there is a completely renovated kitchen with all amenities such as a dishwasher. From here you have an exit to the large patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The toilet is spacious with underfloor heating, washing machine and shower. A warm welcome!
