Just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and about a ten-minute walk from the center of Timmendorfer Strand, where charming cafés, restaurants, and small boutiques invite you to linger. Here, you’ll experience the carefree spirit of coastal living.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, welcoming atmosphere with warm hardwood floors. The cozy living room, featuring a smart TV, sofa, armchair, and dining area, is the perfect place to enjoy some quality time. From here, you can step out into the sunny, fenced-in garden. The patio, complete with a dining area and lounge chairs, is a wonderful place to relax—ideal for families and dog lovers.

The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed, a TV, and blackout curtains. The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, is stylishly and practically furnished. A small, comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet completes this floor.

On the upper floor is a second bedroom with a double bed and a smart TV. Next to it is an open-concept room with a single bed and a sleeper sofa—perfect for children or friends. A second bathroom with a shower and sink provides additional comfort.
