Clean and tidy 1 bedroom unit. Slope from parking is a little bit steep but easily maneuverable. Oceanside is very much off the beaten path so very relaxing. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to other seaside locations.
The place was super adorable and a good location right by a lot of great beaches. Kitchen was well stocked, bed wasn't super comfortable but doable for the short period we stayed. Only complaint is that it wasn't super clean. Otherwise great stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Loved it
Location was amazing. Sunset from our own backyard! But heat didn’t work in living room or bedroom and there weren’t any dish towels despite an otherwise well stocked kitchen. Also, would have been great to know there was a Keurig coffee maker in advance so we could have brought coffee for it.all of that aside, it’s a good place in an amazing location.
A very well appointed and managed property in my favorite beach town. There was a small issue with the clothes dryer and the local manager took care of the day that he heard about it.
Oceanside has always been special to my family, magical. The view from this home is breathtaking and the house was clear an had everything we needed in the kitchen (minus food) to make amazing dinners. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will be looking again when we come back for our next Oregon coast vacation!
Really nice property- only drawback was being in the lower Apartment. Could hear every step the people upstairs made. Will be back to rent the upstairs next year!

Nice oceanview
Gorgeous ocean view and in a quiet location. The unit was clean and completely furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are well supplied with everything needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Oregon.
It would be nice to have a hair dryer.
Spectacular view, basement apartment was made the best of having low ceilings and another rental unit above with tenants stomping around. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and great, with the exception of bad non-stick pans and no non-stick spatula (and only a metal one, further pulling telfon off the pans..) The covered area with deck chairs was lovely, and view, again, awesome! the gas fireplace was cozy and warm.
Great views and location, comfortable place to stay
The things that impressed me most about the property were the great view of the Pacific Ocean out the living room windows, and the proximity (a short walk) to the public beach. I was also very impressed with the responsiveness of the property managers, Vacasa. They were very communicative before check-in, and when I called to request some necessities that were missing or broken, everything was delivered within two hours.
The only real thing that detracts from this property is because it is a basement apartment you can clearly hear footfalls from the upstairs guests.

Bungalow in Oceanside
It was everything we needed. Well kept, enough towels, comfortable bed, clean kitchen and bathrooms. The only critick would be, there were some bugs (beetle types and one spider), must say, we weren't bothered with them though. Beautiful layout and would definietly stay here again, even for a longer time. If I were the owner, I would certainly have the beautiful yard mowed....little shaggy grass. Beautiful view of the ocean. Thanks!! Dee

Oceanside is a quaint little town!
The property was nice as long as you are not too tall. The ceilings were okay for people of average height but our son who is 6'3" would not have been comfortable.
The water from the rain came into the bedroom under the wall and across the floor. The grounds keepers responded in a timely manner.

It was a bottom, almost basement unit.
The picture windows were dirty, so looking out to the ocean was not so great. The furniture is not placed for looking out the picture windows. There is no outdoor space for sitting. But it was quiet.

Great Ocean View and Walk to the Beach!
The downstairs apartment at Oceanside was great for our ladies weekend getaway. Everything needed in the kitchen. GREAT view of the ocean and Three Arch Rocks. Close to the beach and a great hike to the top of Maxwell Mountain. We also hiked Muson Creek Falls just a few miles south of Tillamook and Klichis Point Reserve just north of Tillamook in Bay City. Both flat, easy walks, not too long. Dinner at Rosanna's is wonderful. (be prepared for a wait). One problem: the heat in the living room did not work but we managed with the other heaters to keep it warm. The people upstairs were quiet but it would have not been a good experience if there were lots of kids or partiers up there.

Okay to good with some drawbacks
The unit was very clean as were the plentiful sheets and towels. The gas fireplace was very nice. The ocean views were pretty good but the low ceilings, and therefore low windows, along with furniture that was suboptimum in terms of design and placement, kept the experience from being wonderful. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The kitchen appliances were all in good working order but several items were missing from the kitchen that made cooking a challenge (no colander, salad/serving bowls, cooking spoons, cooking spatula). We had a lovely time but probably wouldn't choose to go back.

Very nice but a few small drawbacks
I really liked the property itself, the location, the view that was all great. The only two things that made me give 4 stars instead of 5: we could not get the heat to regulate properly. We were either not quite warm enough or, if the heat was up, it was too warm and actually muggy. There was no in between. Also, perhaps because this is on the ground floor but it seems that bugs have a map on how to get inside. Pill bugs, other small bugs, a few ants....they were all there with us. We got rid of them and they would come back. They didn't bug us (pun intended) but other people might not be so tolerant.

Nice place
This place was spacious. Well equipped kitchen and the laundry room came in handy. The view was OK but I think upper unit would have been nicer. I chose this one because of my husband's walking difficulties. I think the other one may have been the better choice. This unit has a path that was very hard for him. I was scared he would slip and fall. Stairs would have been easier for him (depending on how many.) I felt the beach was not really in walking distance but it was a short drive. I love Oceanside and there doesn't seem to be many choices (if any) of places with easy/close access. I would have loved if they had a chair in the entry to take off/put on shoes so I didn't track sand throughout the house. A place to hang my coat in the entry would have been very nice too. We had a low battery smoke detector go off. We called and they took care of the problem right away.
