The kitchen is very well stocked, but does have a lot of expired condiments in the fridge, luckily we brought our own. The beds are comfortable as well. The hot tub seems new, but doesn’t maintain temperature. Each time we got in, the temperature would drop. After less than 30 minutes of use, it would be at 98 degrees. Something that needs to be addressed, we thought maybe it was on an energy saving mode. The kitchen had some ants, luckily bait was left. The grill has seen better days. It is missing a knob and the igniter button didn’t work. Check in was a bit of a hassle. We got here at 4 pm and the cleaners were still on site, cleaning. We ended up driving around and were finally able to check in at 4:40 but the clean job seemed rushed, and the place wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The home has plenty of amenities and was mostly clean. One thing to note is this is an older home, so there were several times during our stay where the circuit breaker had to be reset simply for using the microwave. Also, if it’s sunny out (we got lucky with nice weather) the main living area turns into a sauna in the late afternoon. I would recommend the instillation of shades that can be drawn for such circumstances.
