Sole - Theater Home, in the historic center

The "Sole" apartment is located in the hamlet of Aer (Tignale), in a central position with a beautiful view of the historic centre with the small church of San Bernardo, approximately 7 km from Lake Garda. It is part of a fascinating rustic building, renovated while trying to preserve the taste of lived life, typical of houses in the historic centre. Furnished with carefully selected details in a contemporary style that creates a warm yet modern atmosphere. It offers every comfort to make your holiday easy and allows you to relax immersed in the typical life of the local inhabitants. The centre of Gardola is located approximately 700 m away, reachable on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, etc. Approximately 2 km away are the municipal swimming pool, the Alto Garda Park Visitor Centre, and the fun adventure park "Flying frogs". The well-equipped beach "Pra dela Fam" can be reached in a few minutes by car or with the transfer (free for our clients).



The apartment is a two-room flat on the first floor of approx. 50 sqm and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The amenities include the kitchen (4 induction hobs and extractor), microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine. The apartment also has wifi, heating and air conditioning (both with extra payment), a washing machine shared with another apartment. For the car, there is a municipal car park a few metres away.



Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.



Sports and health: Outdoor swimming pool 2 km away, Tennis 300 m away, Mountain-Bike (rental available at Tabaccheria Ferrero), excursions, nordic-walking, Sailing, kitesurfing and surfing 7 km away at Tignale Port. Golf approximately 13 km away (at Golf Bogliaco).



On arrival day, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which allow them to receive various discounts, for example:
