Modern, upstairs apartment with sea view, Wifi, Air Con and U.K. TV

Well maintained 1 bedroom apartment with a large furnished terrace overlooking the communal pool and with views of the sea. The terrace offers am outside bar area for convenience if preparing for a BBQ. The apartment itself offers an open plan living / dining area and full kitchen with all the appliances you might need including a four ring hob and oven and a full size fridge freezer.

The spacious lounge offers a large sofa and is air-conditioned for your comfort. You can enjoy a range of UK and Irish TV on the large flat screen, or if you prefer to settle down with a movie we provide a DVD player with DVDs, complimented by books and magazines. The window of the lounge also offers a view of the sea and the doors lead out onto the private terrace, keeping the space light and airy.

The bedroom offers comfortable beds, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. A free safe, fan and a hairdryer are provided.

You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The complex is quiet, with just 18 apartments so there is always ample room at the poolside. There is a supermarket with ATM just over the road from the complex and ample parking space should you need it. The complex over the road allows the general public to use its restaurant and bar, should you prefer an evening closer to home.

It was a lovely place . Near shops and not to far from lidl. Pool was very cold .Would definitely stay again. Host was on site most days and very helpful. Thanks Florence for letting us stay .

Apartment has everything required for a nice stay. Good location.However the lady in charge of cleaning the apartment was EXTREMELY rude to us when we questioned her wanting us to leave our only key to the apartment to carry out a non urgent repair while we were absent. She snapped at us then stormed off shouting and swearing. She totally ruined our trip. As she lives in the same complex DIRECTLY opposite this apartment we felt uncomfortable for the rest of the time in the apartment. We seen in another review the balcony got the sun all day, it doesn't on the 2nd and 3rd week of August - it's from around 10.30am until around 5pm. We were assured by the host that 'only a bird could look in' and that might be true if you're lying on the floor but sat on the chair you see into everyone else's balcony. It's not private at all. I asked after booking if I could pay for a late check out as our flight was at 9pm and I was assured the price I paid included a late check out. However at 8pm the night before we left I received a message asking us to leave by 11am. I messaged back asking if that was the absolute latest as she knew our flight was at night and we had been assured we could check out late. I never received a response.This ruined our last night and day as we had to change our plans due to leaving the apartment much earlier than expected.

Wonderful apartment

We've just spent a week at this great apartment, it's perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the strip so it was nice and quiet on an evening. The terrace area is a proper sun trap and gets the sun for most of the day, we didn't use the pool area for this reason but we noticed there were plenty of spare sunbeds every day. Everything you need for a holiday is there, the tv box has loads of channels (sports/movies etc} if that's your thing.Check in and out was a breeze, Florence was very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend for a cheeky week or two away.

Excellent!

Great apartment with everything you need for your stay in Puerto Del Carmen. Fridge/freezer, oven, washing machine and more! Nice little touches like milk, water and even biscuits left for your arrival. Not too far from the main drag and the beach but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet this apartment offers. Florence is a pleasure to deal with and we will be back!

Lovely airy apartment

Lovely apartment. All the amenities you need. The pool area is so lovely and quiet. The location is good for the strip. Florence was amazing, easy to contact & very quick to reply for any issues, not that I had any. I loved the apartment. The balcony area, really big & so nice to sit out on and have a relaxing drink. Definitely stay again.

Great holiday

Lovely apartment and great location. Online listing stated that there was air conditioning in the apartment which it did but what it didn't state was that it is on a meter that you had to put money in for it to work. It wasn't a problem for us this time due to it being nice and breezy so air conditioning wasn't really required with the Windows open

Trevligt boende i lugnt område. Kök och uteplats fungerar, men kunne behöva fräschas upp. IPTV´n erbjuder endast engelska tv program, saknade skandinaviska, tyska kanaler m fl. Bra tänkt med vattendepon så man slipper bära hem dessa från affären. Sören & Marianne
