Modern, spacious apartment with Wifi, Air Con and U.K. TV in Puerto Del Carmen

Well maintained 1 bedroom apartment with a furnished patio area just a few steps away from the communal pool. The apartment itself offers an open plan living / dining area and full kitchen with all the appliances you might need including a four ring hob and oven and a full size fridge freezer.

The spacious lounge offers a large L shaped sofa and is air-conditioned for your comfort. You can enjoy a range of UK and Irish TV on the large flat screen, or if you prefer to settle down with a movie we provide a DVD player with DVDs, complimented by books and magazines.

The bedroom offers comfortable beds, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. A free safe and a hairdryer are provided.

You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

The complex is quiet, with just 18 apartments so there is always ample room at the poolside. There is a supermarket just over the road from the complex and ample parking space should you need it. The complex over the road allows the general public to use its restaurant and bar, should you prefer an evening closer to home.

Perfect place for a peaceful relaxing break!

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay here. It has a very peaceful vibe with a quiet pool area and is only a 5 minute walk to the sea front which has many bars and restaurants to choose from. It’s also free to park outside if you rent a car. The apartment is a bit dated but that didn’t really bother us, will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic week at Florences apartment June 1st to June 8th. We were sad to leave definitely return but for 10 nights next time. Florences apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The tv was great with every channel you could think of. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Even beach towels and comfy padded cushions for the loungers around the pool. No sun bed wars either. Lovely quiet complex just a few minutes walk to the beach bars and restaurants

This place is for regulars that comes frequently, older people that get preferential treatment, host did not make the effort to say goodbye whilst at the apartments, felt extremely rushed to leave via text message felt disregarded.Whilst staying there residents seem to be anti holiday rents which my husband & I found extremely uncomfortable uncomfortable, would not recommend thid

Lovely stay.

Property is ideal for a short or long stay as the facilities to self cater are all there.We enjoyed our stay immensely. The complex is only small and is very peaceful, not to far from the strip, beach and old town. Only downside was the water going off for periods of time, which was beyond the owners control.

Couples getaway

The complex comprises of approximately 18 apartments . Some are occupied by British expats and Spanish most of the year and about two thirds rented out as holiday homes. Fairly spacious one bedroom apartment with sofa bed in living room. The kitchen is well equipped . Just has about everything you need for a stay. We did a good bit of cooking. Shop across the road and 19 minutes walk to Lidl and the Mercadona supermarket on the strip. Lovely little pool and plenty of sun beds. We ate on the lovely terrace most evenings. Florence was available if we needed her . She popped by the complex every few days. Called us a taxi to airport on last day too. She owns a few apartments within the complex so will be back at some point in future with extended family when we return to lanzarote. Fantastic value for money!

Appartment Is Tired.

As advertised very spacious. TV with all English Channels. Great Wifi. Location excellent for beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom have doors that need replacing. Also the shower access tiles need cleaning. Washing machine needs a clean around the drum and drawer needs cleaning. Outside the awning needs adjusting. There is no way to hang washing on the patio. There are two hanging airers 30 seconds from the patio. No problem with a demand on usage during our stay in June 2024.

Quiet & relaxing stay

We stayed here for 11 days over Christmas, and were well pleased with the accommodation. The apartment is in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance of the main strip with plenty of shops and restaurants. (About 8 mins walk) Florence called to the complex most days so was always available if there were any issues Would recommend.

Relaxing week

What a great find, this lovely apartment was only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops & the beach.It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed from beach towels to tea & coffee.The beds were very comfy & the air-con in the living area was a bonus. The complex was well maintained with a lovely pool. Florence the owner was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't do enough for us. She allowed us to stay on a few hours to accommodate our later flight home which was fantastic. She also booked our taxi to the airport. We will definitely return to this lovely apartment without hesitation.

Wonderful and pleasant stay

Florence was such a lovely host and very responsive if we ever needed anything. The apartment was very well equipped, having everything you need plus many British channels on the tv. The complex itself was extremely pleasant, intimate and tranquil with a pool and sun beds despite only being a short walk down to the beach front. There are also plenty of shops within close proximity to the property. We would definitely go back on our next trip to Lanzarote.

Fab week in a great location.

From booking to leaving the process was seemless. All you need for a great stay in the area. Florence has accurately desbribed the apartment so no surprises. Also Florence kept in contact throughout ensuring we were okay. One note for any non swimmers. The pool is about 5'4" at the shallow end to about 6'6" at the deep end. Not too cold and 10 steps from our terrace. Fortunately the was no guest the following day so Florence allowed us a late check out and even organised a cab .

Great wee spot

Florence is a lovely wee woman and very accomadating. She let us check in early and help store luggage when leaving. Great quiet spot not far from strip. Little shop facing complex for basics. Would not hesitate to return.
