About this property

Ranch House

  • Located in a quiet ghost town 35 minutes north of down town Moab, 30 miles from entrance to Arches National Park, and turn off to Canyonlands National Park. Very nice, 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Ideal for the outdoor persons who like to bicycle for many miles and leave from the front door, perfect also if you have ATVS. There are hundreds of miles of back country ATV trails that can be accessed from the front door. We are only 3 miles from some of the areas best ancient Indian pictographs and 3 miles north of a cluster of some of the areas best dino tracks
