« Nous avons aimé la chambre et le petit déjeuner cependant notre séjour a été décevant. Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire). Nous y sommes allées le lendemain mais l’eau était très froide et le jacuzzi était fermé. Enfin un membre du personnel a interdit à une amie de prendre des photos avec le sapin de noël qui se situait dans...

« Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. »

« Le seul positif c’est que le personnel était aimable et serviable, mais pour le nettoyage des chambres soit elles sont débordées. On a retrouvé un préservatif sur le rebord du lit. L’hôtel est venu s’excuser un geste commercial sur deux boissons offertes, mais nous n’avons pas le choix de prendre soin, une bière ou du donc même pas le droit au cocktail on a redemandé une couette car on avait très froid, le petit déjeuner correct et certains soirs très bruyant, on entend tout à travers les...

« I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

« Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. « No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Nous avons aimé la chambre et le petit déjeuner cependant notre séjour a été décevant. Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire). Nous y sommes allées le lendemain mais l’eau était très froide et le jacuzzi était fermé. Enfin un membre du personnel a interdit à une amie de prendre des photos avec le sapin de noël qui se situait dans le hall de l’hôtel. Les femmes de ménage et le personnel de restauration sont très respectueux, cependant le prix des prestations nous semble très élevé par rapport aux services. "

"Le seul positif c’est que le personnel était aimable et serviable, mais pour le nettoyage des chambres soit elles sont débordées. On a retrouvé un préservatif sur le rebord du lit. L’hôtel est venu s’excuser un geste commercial sur deux boissons offertes, mais nous n’avons pas le choix de prendre soin, une bière ou du donc même pas le droit au cocktail on a redemandé une couette car on avait très froid, le petit déjeuner correct et certains soirs très bruyant, on entend tout à travers les chambres "
