« Would not recommend the property do to one factor, while waiting to leave for a softball tournament I grabbed a drink and went to pay for it, the man at the counter asked if I wanted to charge it to my room or use a card, I replied cash and he took my 3 dollars. The next day while checking out I was buying some Tylenol and I was asked the same question and I replied cash I was informed that the property was cashless. So where did the money go? »

« I was so disappointed by the amount charged on top of our room charge….75$ USD + tax for 1 dog…..Never saw this charge that high….If I had known I would have not reserved there as I always paid 25$ USD plus tax. I would really appreciate if the hotel would be willing to accept to reimburse me at least for the half of the 75$ which is more than 25? I »

« Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption. »

« Upon arrival, there were not enough luggage carts available. Had to wait over 1/2 hour, a representative then went to a nearby motel and borrowed one of their carts for our use. After we arrived home, we received an additional bill for two nights of parking. $10 per night that had never been discussed. Parking was limited, and to be honest, we had to park at the end of their lot next to a business. Not sure if that was part of their parking lot or belonged to the other business. »
