They have put in an extra pane of glass for the noise which is good but unable to see out of the windows was like staying in a box. An alarm woke me up at 3am and continued until 9am. Although the staff apologised it was very inconvenient I couldn't get back to sleep. We also learnt this was not the first time this had happened!!! This hotel is rated at four and a half star but except for the price should only be 3-4 star. Food was very expensive in the restaurant. $43 for a small piece of salmon. Booked the downstairs room (only pet friendly room) nice and spacious, however the guests in the room upstairs could be heard with every footstep thru the entire night. We gave up at 3am and reluctantly started our day. The bed was also super soft with no support. Bodies were in a “V” shape due to sinking into mattress. Staff are really nice. Bar had a great selection of drinks.
