"Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. "

"I was positivelly surprise how nice was the rooms with living room, beautiful bathroom and a full kitchen.. Its a very small hotel with some 8 rooms, the checkin and checkout have limited hours, so pay attention on that., but also I had a place to park the car. Now Breakfast, but since you have a kitchen it reduces the problem. We were traveling for a month so we had plenty food with us."

Für den Besuch der Trautmannsdorffer Gärten und einen Tag in Meran war die Wohnung für unsere Familie optimal. Der CheckIn war durch die Zusendung von Fotos sehr einfach."

The hotel was extremely pretty in a vintage way, reminds me of We Anderson aesthetics :) Room was classy and well-maintained despite being able to tell it’s been around for a while. Breakfast omelette was simply lovely, almost ordered every day loll"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
