(Eg my room became cold when the radiator turned out to have been turned off, the TV had some problems....) I would not recommend this as a place for tourists to stay unless you know the area well; no helpful leaftets around to guide you, staff too busy or not always there to answer questions. Excellent breakfast; only had one evening meal which would describe as typical pub fare. The car park is large, and of course free. There is a patio area for those summer drinks. The railway station is next door and a bus service close by. However parking is cheap in Tenby. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Nice clean hotel. Easy to find and situated very close to the railway station. Food very good and reasonably priced. Very busy road running alongside where some of the traffic was exceptionally fast. Rooms were modern and real lovely bathrooms. There was some dust in the room (sorry a bit too much watching if Four in a Bed makes us look for such things). Fantastic breakfast all cooked fresh. A very nice, family run, guest house. The hosts are really nice and welcoming and willing to advise on the area. The guest house itself is very clean and nicely decorated and very close to one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen in the UK.
