The best place to stay in Hanoi !! Amazing hotel. Best in the center . Very clean !! From the front desk staff , the superviser and the manager will make you feel like at home. The breakfast staff well trained and professional. I really appreciated The respectful spirit of this hotel. I can not forget to mention Ervin so wonderful person !! Please if you have time don’t miss the professional treatment at the Spar ! Excellent therapists . Lovely people like My and Mai will welcome you.

The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful all the time. The breakfast was excellent. Such a great choice everyday something different in the buffet selection. Fresh coffee, juice and a daily smoothie. The pool wasn’t very big and personally dont like that people are allowed to smoke in such a small confined space . There is some on going renovations, as the hotel is very new and thats why we got it at a very good price. Didn’t realise our room didn’t have an external window. The room although very nice doesn’t have a lot of space for 2 people’s luggage. But overall for the price we payed it is nice quiet spot with fantastic staff and breakfast.
