Our hotel room was nothing like the photos. It had a strong odour and when we called the front desk the only thing they offered was an air freshener.

The pull out couch was covered in popcorn kernels. I can understand eating popcorn and watching movies but I would hope my cleaning crew would be more thorough.
The resort is fancy and lovely. I have been here before and I will return again. I remain hopeful that most guests and hosts will be considerate of each other.
