Telephone Museum Tours and Activities

The room was clean, as were the hallways, elevator and lobby but the when asked about the parking garage the women at the front desk acted clueless and were unhelpful. I don’t have names but they were also unhelpful when experiencing TV issues and because of that when it seemed as though our AC was not working at all I didn’t feel comfortable bringing up yet another issue to them. Thermostat in the room and hallway said it was 68 degrees for both but our room felt about 10 degrees warmer at least. The location is close to places you may want to go but I would say don’t stay in the dead center of downtown.

visiting for work. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Ate breakfast on site one morning. Good choices and not crowded. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend this hotel as it is walkable and convenient to many locations.

The facility was very clean. All staff members were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet, as it didn't even sound like other people were there. It was a great stay and we will definitely book there for future visits to Atlanta.
