Perfect location to get everywhere. Staff are amazing and Shay was an incredible host, willing to assist and give advice. The rooms are a little small but to be expected in TLV. But they are clean, beds are super comfortable and everything you want is available. The coffee machine an added bonus. Later, having some problems to turn the light off, we got no reply from the reception. Next morning again no reply from the reception. The hotel promised a 24/7 coffee corner, the coffee machine was out of order.
