It is fully and high-quality equipped and, with its 167 m², offers plenty of space for 2–6 people—perfect for a family vacation with children or a group of friends.

The spacious and bright living room, featuring a large glass front, a stucco ceiling, and access to the rooftop terrace, offers the perfect feel-good atmosphere. The cozy, large Koinor couch with a reclining function and the large 85-inch smart TV invite you to enjoy a movie night together, while the PlayStation 5 and other tech gadgets will make the kids’ gamer hearts race. The cozy tiled stove, complete with a seating and reading nook, offers the perfect spot on cold days and a place to unwind, while the high-quality Sonos speakers provide perfect sound for listening to your favorite music. The large, handcrafted dining table from Alpenwerft, surrounded by elegant blue velvet chairs, complements the living area, creating the perfect setting for a wonderful dinner together in an exceptionally relaxed atmosphere.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rosenstraße vacation rental, you’ll naturally find plenty of options for delicious dining out, but the kitchen-dining area and the living room also invite you to “stay in” and are equipped with everything you need: oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, ceramic cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a washer-dryer are all available. So nothing stands in the way of gathering at the kitchen bar table with the TV and some cool drinks (by the way, it’s also a great spot to watch the news and work on your laptop). The kitchen is fully equipped, meaning kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, high-quality dishes, glasses, and cutlery (from Bitz and WMF) are, of course, also provided.

But the absolute highlight of the apartment is, of course, the spacious rooftop terrace with a view of the famous Rosenstraße and the surrounding Tegernsee mountains. Spend balmy summer evenings under the pergola and enjoy the high-quality lounge furniture or the cozy beer bench from the Tegernsee Brewery while sipping an Aperol Spritz or a cool Tegernseer Hell. The three bedrooms, equipped with high-quality beds, nightstands, TVs, and closets, ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep and offer plenty of space to retreat for some privacy. In the large bathroom, paneled with Tegernsee wood, you’ll find a shower/tub, a large crystal mirror, a double sink, and a toilet. An additional guest restroom is also available.
