The staff was very helpful. Please note that the hotel is on the top of a hill. But they carry my bags. The price is really fair if your an american and want front desk services 24 by 7\. The staff at the diplomat is amazing. Not only did they give me wonderful recommendations, they also arranged for transport to and from touristic sights laying far outside of the city. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and full mini bar at an extremely reasonable price. On top of this the breakfast was full of local varieties and out of this world!
