Epigraph was picture perfect: the property was both modern and charming, the staff friend and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. An efficient facility in a great location, right behind the Opera House. Stay here - you'll love it.

It's a great and clean hotel with everything you need for a short/long stay with reasonable price and delicious breakfast. The staff were so friendly and attentive. It is in the center and 15 min. walking to any tourist destinations. Strongly recommend!

Really nice hotel, with an excellent location, a kind staff, a rich breakfast, comfortable rooms, daily coffee treats, everyday room cleaning, and good deals. if you plan to visit Tbilisi, this is where you will stay in comfort and ease. Strongly recommended!

Black rubber/gum marks on the carpet made it feel dirty and unclean. I struggled to find decent dining options around this area. Otherwise the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, there was no noise outside despite being opposite a police station, and the buffet selection for breakfast was tasty.

Hi lovely new looking hotel, clean and modern look to it. Couple of things such as shower was broken rm 408, breakfast could definitely be better as felt like packet food and not so fresh. Also we had to slam doors to lock so felt like we woke everyone up.

Tidy and convenient

Good location: close to old town and local life. Frequent buses going everywhere and metro close. Yet hotel on a quiet side street. Amenities good. Breakfast nice. Staff helpful, but needs a little further training. We stayed for 7 nights and had no problems. We would stay again.

Merkezi konumda. Gayet temiz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve kalitesi yüksek. Odalarda smart tv var. Netflix vb platformlara erişim bulunuyor. Check out sonrasında valizlerinizi emanet edebiliyorsunuz. Check in yaparken herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım ama check in'den önce atmış olduğum mesajlara da yanıt alamadım.

Excellent non-smoking hotel

Generally all great but pillows on the bed are too flat. I used both but still super low. Best thing was no smoking in the building which seems to be rare in Georgia.
