Spacious and roomy, in a fabulous location in the historic centre of Tavira, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is situated on a quiet street, with a terrace and an interior courtyard, two reception rooms, swimming pool and garage. Together with these amenities and being less than a minute's walk from the Tavira island ferry, this wonderfully luxurious house makes it one of the most sought-after in Tavira!



The Yellow 17 was completely rebuilt in 2022/2023, equipped and furnished to the highest standard, taking into account comfort and practicality, whilst maintaining its historical character.



With capacity for eight people, it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of which is private with a bathtub and shower. The double beds in two of the bedrooms can be converted into single beds and all the windows in the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The beds are extremely comfortable, with pure white cotton bedding and soft or firm pillows to choose from.



The inner courtyard has a sofa, armchairs and a dining table under an illuminated pergola. On the terrace, a swimming pool with two sun loungers, a table and café-style chairs. Yoga mats and Turkish bath towels are available for the pool and beach.



An elegant living/dining room with access to the patio and a television/games/office room that features a large smart TV and a built-in desk, making this versatile room perfect for those who need a workspace during their stay. Fast Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house.



The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch brand appliances, a large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two ovens (one combined microwave), a Nespresso machine, a coffee machine, a large pantry and a cosy breakfast corner. It also has an integrated tap with cold water filter, so there is no need to buy mineral water bottles, which is a great bonus.



A laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a drinks fridge. And a garage (note that the door is 2.15 m wide) which has a type 2 charging socket for electric cars.
