We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms need a little updating but the rest of the property is very nice. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and bars. The staff at the pool restaurant and front desk were very friendly and helpful. I have to travel with an ice pack for my back and the front desk kept it cold for me in a cooler. Great hotel!

Rooms are clean and comfortable and quiet. Hotel is located a short walk from the town and amenities. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. The rooftop bar is lovely however the staff are very slow with drinks orders.

The hotel is lovely - there is a bit of a hill to climb down to Tavira main streets and a bigger hill on the way back but it is a short walk. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the shower. The power is not great but all else was perfect.

Spacious room with big window and beautiful view from the balcony. Nice outdoor pool area, and indoor pool with Turkish bath, sauna and gym. The room was always kept clean, but the balcony floor, table and chairs were dusty. We took the garage parking for 5euro per day. Nice breakfast with live piano. Loved our stay in this hotel.

We had an excellent stay. The breakfast buffet was a lot more elaborate than we expected, including a great pianist that gave us the pleasure of listening to Pink Floyd during breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and provided great restaurant suggestions. The star of the show, though, was the exceptional Brazilian girl that runs the spa. I lost my esteemed gold necklace in the change room and she was the sweetest helping me find it. Thank you so much!!!

Clean room, staff were friendly. Hotel is located at the top of the hill of the town centre. The Spa didn’t have any availability unfortunately and the Pool was closed for the season. Breakfast was delicious! Shower in bathroom leaked all over floor, probably needs to be redone.
