"We had a truly wonderful stay. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the Cinque Terre: the train station is right next door, and the old town of La Spezia begins practically at the doorstep. Perfectly connected yet pleasantly quiet. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available, you immediately feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, modernly furnished, and excellently soundproofed. The cleanliness and the meticulous care taken throughout the entire property are particularly noteworthy. The breakfast was also very good: fresh, varied, and of high quality. Another big plus is the on-site parking, which makes your stay in the city much more relaxed. The services offered are well-designed and well-organized. Overall, everything here is absolutely perfect, especially the excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again."
