The detached villa is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Porec. The villa is located on a 270 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
