Living & Dining
The main living area is bright, open, and surrounded by windows that showcase stunning views through the treetops to the ski slopes and mountains beyond. Relax on the comfortable sectional, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, challenge your group to a game night, or cozy up by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. The fully remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, floating shelving, blue shaker cabinetry, a stylish tile backsplash, and all the cookware and spices needed to prepare your favorite meals. Guests will also enjoy a thoughtfully stocked coffee bar complete with coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer to help you start each morning right. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, and a convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The private loft level serves as a luxurious primary suite, complete with a queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, brushed brass hardware, and a tiled walk in shower.

On the first floor, you`ll find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed and closet. The second bedroom offers three twin beds, a Smart TV, and a spacious closet, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. These bedrooms share a fully renovated hallway bathroom with a striking black marble sink basin and a beautifully tiled shower.

Outdoor Space
One of the biggest advantages of this corner unit is the oversized wraparound deck, which is larger than many others in the Village at Camelback. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks from the bar height Polywood seating while taking in the mountain views. The deck also features two comfortable lounge chairs with an end table and four Adirondack style chairs, providing seating for up to 8 guests outdoors.

The location puts you in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, with year round activities just minutes away. Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark is about 5 minutes away, Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark is 6 minutes away, Big Pocono State Park is 4 minutes away, The Crossings Premium Outlets are 10 minutes away, Great Wolf Lodge is 15 minutes away, and Pocono Raceway is approximately 20 minutes away. Whether you`re visiting for skiing, hiking, shopping, waterparks, or simply relaxing in the mountains, this is an ideal home base for your Pocono getaway.

Listing Notes:
Smart TVs: There are TV`s in two of the three bedrooms, and the living room. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

Parking: Up to two vehicles may be parked in front of the townhouse. Overflow parking is available by the community center at the bottom of the hill for a 3rd vehicle.

Shared amenities: You`ll have the entire condo to yourself. All spaces and entrance are private. The community amenities like the pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, etc are shared.

HOA: Our condo is located in a private HOA called the Village at Camelback. After booking, paperwork will be sent that must be submitted to use before arrival.

HVAC: The townhome is heated and cooled via a mini split system which is controlled via wall mounted remotes in each room.

Stairs Required: Approx 14 stairs down to access the main level of the townhome, 10 stairs up to the 2nd floor loft, and 10 stairs down to access the ground level.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
