Room was great and spacious. Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped. This was a great experience overall.

Waiting over an 1 1/2 hours after check in time for room. None of the rooms were ready on top 3 floors . Management was excellent however was not accommodating to inconvenience. Lost dinner reservations due to not being able to access our hotel room. Poop was filled with kids as sports convention was in town so didn't have use. Breakfast was amazing is best I can say about stay. Had to pay to exit parking garage as key was not working was also charged on credit card for parking . So out money on that as well. Will not stay again .
