Very helpful and friendly man at reception. Fast check in and check out. Hotel is very convenient for small airport nearby. Relaxed place, breakfast ok if very repetitive. Wifi good, shower good, nice balcony area, comfortable bed. Swimming pool seems to be more decorative than useable, i might not be correct here. Room a bit jaded and tired, light switches and furniture needs some attention.

First, the staff was amazing and very very friendly. If you needed help, they were extremely quick in responding. That was the best part of the stay. The bfast was ok tasting. As for the rest, the hotel and especially the rooms needs an upgrade. There wasn’t one piece of furniture in the room that wasn’t visibly distressed.

This hotel is simply the best in Tetouan. The ammenities and services are second to none and the staff is just amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Jamal at the front desk. He is very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He definitely knows the true meaning of customer service and he goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. Great job guys, keep up the great work!

hotel comodo pero mal administrado.

Todo complicado en el hotel: falta de profesionalismo y de personal capacitado. recepcion : no tienen tu reserva expedia y te la piden constantemente, como si no le hubieran apuntado El personal no entiende bien ni espanol, ni francés ni inglés. Poe ejemplo, pedimos 3 cervezas en room service y nos trajeron...2 toallas para el cuarto de banho. la ley seca, no es problema : lo sabemos, forma parte de la cultura local y es normal. pero que el personal no entienda los idiomas no lo es. Llamada Wake Up . se equivocaron ambos dias de una hora. Personal mal o no capacitado, nada eficaz, lento, que no parece profesional. Olores horrorosos a pescadoque parecen venir de una fàbrica de conservas de sardina, o secadora de pescado, o incineraciòn de deshechos de las mismas. Muy desagradable. Prestaciones MUY MEDIOCRES para el precio, nada barato. No recomendarìa ese hotel. gracias por tomar nota.
