Great stay in Tetouane

Amazing staff , the front desk guys and ladies are really nice and helpful , the housekeeping ladies are great and super clean, the breakfast girls are amazing and the security as well all 3 I met are great !! Will stay again while in Tetouane Thank you for making my stay with my brother just the best

Réclamation suite incident grave durant séjour

Je tiens à vous faire part de ma profonde insatisfaction concernant la nuit passée dans votre établissement. La chambre voisine à la nôtre a généré énormément de bruit suite à une violente dispute conjugale. Cette situation a duré entre 3 heures et 5 heures du matin, empêchant totalement notre sommeil. Mes enfants ont été très effrayés et nous avons passé une nuit blanche. J’ai dû insister auprès de l’agent d’accueil afin qu’une solution soit trouvée, allant jusqu’à évoquer l’appel à la police. Malheureusement, j’ai constaté que vos équipes n’étaient pas préparées pour gérer ce type de situation grave, ce qui est regrettable pour la sécurité et le bien-être de vos clients. Au vu du désagrément subi, un geste commercial de la part de votre direction serait très apprécié.

Chambre mal insonorisé ce qui est dommage . Très bruyant chaque soir … Petit déjeuner à s’en lasser attention les œufs sont en supplément dommage Le gardien de nuit qui s’occupe des voitures introuvables la nuit malheureusement ma voiture en a payé les frais .

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das das Hotel befindet sich derzeit in der Renovierung. Es ist sehr laut und die Anlage ist staubig. Auf dem angebrachten Außengerüst können Handwerker plötzlich vor dem Fenster stehen und ins Zimmer schauen, keine Privatsphäre. Vorhänge mussten dauernd zugezogen werden dadurch kein Tageslicht. Das Hotel legt Wert auf eine Desinfektion der Zimmer mit Chlor wert, dies löste bei mir ein Hustenreiz aus. Das Zimmer musste aus gelüftet werden, was nicht reichte. Ich bat darum, es noch mal neu mit Wasser auszu reinigen. Altes Inventar. Das Frühstück war leider begrenzt und wurde auf einer Ebene angerichtet, wo es kein Blick nach draußen gab, vor den verstaubten Fenstern wurden die Terrassentische und Stühle Aufgestapelt die den Blick nach draußen verhinderten. Das Hotel ist leider nicht empfehlenswert.
