The sunny terrace is north/west and sea facing. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR: Entrance from the level driveway into a light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen. There is a separate sitting room and bathroom. Stairs from the living area lead to the upstairs. KITCHEN AREA The kitchen area has a stunning newly fitted kitchen with cream ‘Shaker Style' fitted units, oak block wood worktops, and slate floor. It is equipped with everything you would expect in a premium holiday home kitchen. A built-in Bosch oven/grill Bosch gas hob Extractor hood over Bosch integrated dishwasher Sink & drainer with mixer tap Tall fridge & freezer Integrated washing machine High chair & travel cot available. Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is FRIDAY.
