We really enjoyed our stay at The Twelve Hotel. Our family suite was perfect for our family of 4, with two separate bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was really well decorated. We loved the bar downstairs and all the quirky touches.

I arrived and had to stand and wait while the front desk staff did something for their change of shift and paid no attention to me whatsoever. When it was brought to their attention, I was waiting. I had an attendant look at me asked me if something was wrong with me and then say it’s a shift change will be with you shortly. I said there for approximately 15 minutes. I attempted to call room service to have dinner before an event. I went to that night. They did not answer the phone. I went to the front desk task for assistance. He handed me the phone after dialing for room service to which I got a busy signal. I couldn’t get into the restaurants so I asked for assistance on just being able to order food. They found a table for me at the restaurant and then I waited 20 minutes until I waved down a white staff member to come to me. I had to wave them down every time I needed something. Upon my return that evening late after my event, I wanted to order some food and I experienced the same busy signal and front desk experience. When I was finally able to go to my room and order from there I ordered coffee because I’ve been told the bar had closed down their coffee machine and cleaned it already. When the food arrived, there was no coffee and it was explained. They already cleaned to the machine. The executive lounge coffee machine was also broken so I couldn’t make any. Overall, wholly disappointing do not recommend.
